Be sure to print and COMPLETELY fill out both pages for everyone who will be living in the house and is over the age of 18. Scan or take a picture of the completed application form (one picture for each page) and email the applications and copies of their drivers license and most recent month’s pay check to winwinpropertyllc@yahoo.com Upon approval of the application we can schedule a viewing of the home. (After you are approved for the house there is a $50 application fee.)
